Our Wall Beds utilize a quality hinge mechanism made in Germany, extra strength springs and steel frames made in Vancouver and steel legs made in Nanaimo. Our frames are welding into one piece (competitors  use a frame which is bolted together) and our legs are welded together with a support bar into one solid leg unit which is much stronger than other units which are also bolted together and need occasional tightening. Our frame and leg units are finished with a high quality powder coat for an attractive and durable finish. We offer both upright and side-tilt versions of all our models.

Wood Veneer - Our wood veneer product lines are made from cabinet grade plywoods with real wood veneer.  Our economy line of wall beds  are made from birch veneered plywood and has a factory applied finish which lets us price our economy beds to compete with the lower quality melamine (particle board) wall beds some other wall bed companies have. We also use standard cabinet grade plywoods of any species (maple, cherry, oak etc.) and finish them with environmentally friendly, water based stains and lacquer to our standard finished or we can match your bed to existing furniture you already have.

Melamine - We do not use melamine, sometimes referred to as Panolam, for our wall beds and cabinetry because of it's lower quality compared to the plywood veneered products we use as well as the potential health complications in some people exposed to this product.
